What is Voiding Credit / Credit Note?

• Voiding a Credit or Credit Note unallocates all the allocations of given Credit / Credit Note.
• After voiding Credit or Credit Note, you can not edit its allocation anymore

How to Void a Credit / Credit Note

You could perform the voiding action by following the steps as shown below

After voiding the invoice will show an extra line with the voided amount and the application of the invoice will be 0.

Impact on Tax Integration System

In your tax integration systems the Credit or Credit Note will be marked as Void.

Impact on Accounting Systems

In accounting systems the Credit or Credit Note will have its allocations unapplied.
