What are Invoice Terms?

Similar to Quote Terms and Conditions, Invoice Terms allow Finance teams to add standard terms to every Invoice.

What are the most common use cases?

  1. Providing standard documentation (e.g., W-9, standard MSA from website). Links can be included to a document hosted on your website, in Google Drive, etc. You may also wish to password protect the document and provide the password in the Invoice Terms to reduce discoverability online.
  2. Provide notices. Your company may update the Invoice Terms for a period of time with updated legal notices,(e.g., new sub-processor, acknowledgment on tax liability), upcoming service outages, and/or mentions of new products are now or will soon be available.
