MonetizeNow allows creating multiple Quotes associated to one Opportunity so that your sales team can present multiple options to your customer (e.g. 2 different term lengths), but in your CRM there must be a single Amount for your forecasting and booking. This is achieved by the concept of a "Primary Quote".

How MonetizeNow determines the Primary Quote

The first Quote you create will automatically become the Primary Quote and any additional Quotes created will not be Primary by default.

Once a Quote moves to Accepted status, either via eSignature or manually on behalf of the customer, the Quote will become the Primary Quote.

Manually Changing the Primary Quote

To change the Primary Quote, click the Opportunity Link on the Quote page in MonetizeNow to open the Opportunity modal. Then you can click the kabob menu next to any non-cancelled Quote and set it as the Primary Quote.
