Primary Quote
Opportunities in your CRM must have a single Amount for your forecasting and booking. And when an Opportunity is won, it must have one and only one signed Quote. But, you may need multiple Quotes in MonetizeNow to get the signature from your customer (e.g. 2 different term lengths).
To enable this, MonetizeNow automatically sets 1 Quote per Opportunity as Primary based on Quote status (e.g. has it been sent to Customer for signature) and most recently updated Quote. If we get it wrong, we give you the ability to manually mark a different Quote as Primary for that Opportunity. Your CRM uses the Primary marking to determine the Opportunity Amount.
