Pre-condition: your Tenant has an enabled eSign Integration.

eSign automates collecting signatures from your prospect / customer and your company's signing contact.

To use eSign:

• Turn on eSign for the Quote
• Specify the signer from the prospect
• Specify the signer from your company
• Specify sending preference: send individually to signers or simultaneously

Advanced - sending as CC

Use case: The person you are selling to may not be the same person who signs the Quote. Help get your Quote signed faster by CCing your contact(s) on the DocuSign envelope.

From the eSign drawer, select any number of additional recipients from the set of Contacts on the Quote's Account.
