The eSign capability automates the collection of signatures from both your prospect/customer and your company’s signing contact, eliminating manual paperwork and speeding up deal closure.

More information about each is available in the Integrations section.

eSign Options

All eSign configuration options are available in quote settings or the e-sign drawer on a quote:

Admin Settings

When you navigate to Seeting > Quote Settings > Quote eSign Settings, you'll find a number of options to ensure a great quoting experience for your team.

Default Signing Contacts

These contacts will be the ones automatically made available to your team when creating a quote. One contact can be set as default who will be selected by default.

Default Signing Order

Every organization has different internal governance models when it pertains to who signs first when a quote document is being executed. A MonetizeNow administrator has the ability to set the default signing order for everyone utilizing MonetizeNow. NOTE: Users who create a quote will have the ability to override the default signing order if needed.
