If users are experiencing login issues or receiving "Access Denied" errors when trying to access MonetizeNow, there are several common causes and solutions to try.
Common Login Issues and Solutions
Access Denied Error
If a user receives an "Access Denied" error, this typically means their email domain hasn't been whitelisted for your account.
Solution: Contact support to have the user's email domain whitelisted for your account. Once the domain is whitelisted, the user should be able to login successfully.
Email Domain Mismatch
Sometimes users may receive access denied errors because their authentication provider (Google/Microsoft) returns a different email address than the one they were invited with.
Solution: Ensure the email address used for the invitation matches the email address returned by the authentication provider. If they don't match, send a new invitation to the correct email address.
Using Sign Up Instead of Log In
New users who have been invited to an existing tenant should use the Log In flow, not the Sign Up flow.
Solution: Direct users to use the "Log In" option and choose either "Sign in with Google", "Sign in with Microsoft", or simply type in their email if using SSO
If a user chooses Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google and their organization uses SSO, the sign up attempt will fail

- Use consistent authentication methods: Choose either Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, or email/password for each user and stick with it
- Verify email domains: Ensure all user email domains are whitelisted before sending invitations
