AI Reporting

Description

AI Reporting lets you explore your data using natural language. You can ask questions in plain English and have the system generate reports and surface insights—without needing to build reports manually, understand the underlying data model, or write SQL.

Think of AI Reporting as an intelligent assistant that helps you quickly analyze and understand your reporting data.

Availability

AI Reporting is currently in beta.

To enable AI Reporting for your organization, please contact our Support team. Once enabled, users with the Reporting or Tenant Admin role can access AI Reporting from the Reports section.

Usage Limits

During the beta period, each organization has a cumulative limit of 5 million tokens.

Tokens are units of text processed by the AI (roughly three-quarters of a word per token). This limit applies across all AI Reporting usage within your organization for the duration of the beta.

If you reach the usage limit, please contact our CX team to discuss additional capacity.

Example Prompts

"What contracts are expiring this month"

"How many active customers do we have"

"Which customers pay us late often"

Tips for Best Results

The more specific your request, the better the results.

When asking for a report, try to include:

  • The metric or field you care about
  • Any date range or filters
  • How you want results sorted or ranked

For example:

Less specific: “Give me the top 10 customers in my system.”

More specific: “Give me the top 10 customers by total invoice amount in the last 12 months.”

Providing this context helps AI Reporting return more accurate and relevant results.

Limitations

AI Reporting uses generative AI, which means responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review generated reports before using them for operational or financial decisions.

If results don’t look correct, try rephrasing your question with more detail or contact Support for help.
