Quote Blueprints

Quote Blueprints allow sales reps to start from pre-built, admin-approved quote documents instead of creating quotes from scratch, without altering key dynamic logic such as quote start dates. These documents capture common deal structures (e.g., a 2‑year mid‑market deal with specific offerings, ramps, and discounts), enabling faster quoting, increased consistency, and fewer errors.

Quote Blueprints can be generated by an admin, to be shared with All Users, or can be created by an individual rep for their own personal use.

Rep-created blueprints are visible only to the creator, enabling individual reps to quickly reuse their preferred deal structures while maintaining admin control over shared, standardized templates.
