Promote a catalog to Production

Move a finished, tested catalog into your Production tenant.

1. Build and test in Sandbox. Upload, review, undo and re-upload until the structure is right. Create a few test quotes to confirm the offerings and rates quote the way you expect.
2. Keep your final files. Save the final Products, Offerings and Rates files you uploaded.
3. Contact the MonetizeNow team. Migration from Sandbox to Production is done by the MonetizeNow team. A self-service, admin-level migration is planned.

Doing it yourself instead

You can repeat the upload in Production in the same order: products, then offerings, then rates. Download fresh templates in Production, because IDs are different in every tenant and IDs from Sandbox won't work there. Re-pick the names in the Offerings and Rates templates so the IDs fill in again.
