Quoting, Contracts, and Customer Portal Updates

This release provides more control during quote acceptance, contract view enhancements, and new customer portal payment options.

✍️ Manually Set the Signature Date on Accepted Quotes

When eSign is off and a quote is manually accepted, you can now enter a Signature Date to record when the agreement was actually signed, rather than defaulting to the date the status was changed in MonetizeNow.

  • This date defaults to today, but can be set to any date in the past.
  • This date is stored as the "AcceptedAt" date, which already syncs to Salesforce.

Coming soon: Syncing this date to HubSpot, and allowing admins to reset the acceptance date when editing an already-accepted quote.

🔗 Contract View Remembers Your Preference

The Contracts page now remembers whether you last used the Cards or Table view and defaults to that next time, so you don’t have to switch back on every visit. Preference is saved per user.

📋 In-Progress Renewals Now Visible in the Contract View

Draft renewal quotes that haven’t been processed yet now appear in the contract lineage view, making it easy to find and open an in-flight renewal directly from the account or bill group.

💸 Control Whether Customers Can Pay from the Portal

A new Allow Payment action is available via Record Automation > Customer Portal rules, giving tenants the ability to disable invoice payment from the customer portal without removing invoice visibility.

  • Existing behavior is unchanged unless a rule explicitly disables it.
    • When disabled, the Pay action is removed from the invoice list and invoice modal, but customers can still view and download invoices.
  • Payment still requires an active Payment Gateway; if none is configured, the Pay option is not shown.

💴 JPY Now Supported + Full Currency List in Settings

Japanese Yen (JPY) is now available as a supported currency. You can also now view the full list of supported currencies directly on the Currency settings page.
