More Control Over Quotes and Invoices
This release adds several new controls for how quotes and invoices are presented to customers, alongside improvements to the quote building experience.
⚙️ Option to Hide the Quote Total
The quote header previously displayed the total contract value, which could be misleading on large, multi-year quotes or quotes with significant onetime fees. You can now hide the total amount on customer-facing PDFs so customers can review the full pricing breakdown before seeing the overall total.
Set a tenant-wide default under Settings > Quoting > Quote Templates, including which roles can change the setting, or toggle it for an individual quote under Customize Settings.
🏷️ Option to Hide the Discount Summary Section
The discount breakdown section in the quote PDF can now be hidden while still showing discounts applied at the line level, so customers see the discounted price on each line without seeing a separate summary of which discounts were applied.
Set a tenant-wide default under Settings > Quoting > Quote Templates, including which roles can change the setting, or toggle it for an individual quote under Customize Settings.
🗓️ Control Which Dates Appear on Invoice PDFs
You can now choose which date fields appear on customer-facing invoice PDFs, under Settings > Billing > Invoice Templates. Toggle if each of the Bill Date, Created Date, Invoice Date and Net Terms fields should be shown or not. The Due Date is always shown and cannot be removed.
Changes apply to all existing invoices (paid and unpaid), not just future invoices.
⚡ Faster Bulk Offering Addition
Adding multiple offerings to a quote is now faster and easier when using the Bulk Addition setting (Settings > Quote Settings > Enable Bulk Addition of Quote Offerings).
Selecting offerings and rates requires fewer clicks, reducing friction during quote build. A progress indicator now shows while offerings are being added, so reps know the quote is loading.
🧾 Offering Subtotals on the Internal Quote View
The internal quote view now shows a subtotal at the offering level, the sum of all product amounts within that offering, making it easier to review quote value at a glance without adding up individual line items.
