Account-Specific Rate and Custom Discount Improvements

💲 Account-Specific Rate Improvements
The rate editing experience on quotes has been updated to give reps clearer control and prevent accidental rate sprawl.
- The Copy and Edit Rate button has been renamed to Clone to make it explicit that a new account-specific rate is being created. Hovering over the button shows: "This rate cannot be edited but can be cloned to create a new account-specific rate."
- If you are on an account-specific rate that is only used on the quote you are currently editing, a new Edit button appears, letting you modify that rate directly (add/remove tiers, change amounts, etc.) without creating a new one. The rate is updated in place on save.
- The Clone option is also available under the three-dot menu when Edit is shown.
🔄 Custom Discounts Persist as Custom Across Amendments & Renewals
Previously, custom discounts were automatically converted into catalog discounts and selected on the new Quote. Now:
- The original custom discount value, name, and description are retained.
- Converted custom discounts no longer appear in the Catalog Discount dropdown.
- Amendments and renewals preserve the original discount intent and context.
This changes how the custom discount is displayed on the amendment or renewal quote. It does not change how the discount is calculated.
