Retain Approvals

Avoid unnecessary re-approvals on Quotes that require edits after initially approved, if desired. Sales leaders can grant re-approval exceptions to Quotes so cosmetic changes won’t send it back through the approval gauntlet, so deals land faster and compliance stays intact. That said, new approvals can continue to trigger in case a Quote is materially altered.
