Amendment Difference Documents

As a contract evolves over its lifetime, making sense of amendments can be incredibly confusing for both internal and end-customer stakeholders. How many new Licenses am I committing to? What does that mean in aggregate? What's my blended pricing now? Appreciating that every business and end-customer is unique in how they want to present their contracts, we have developed two documents you can include in any Contract Amendment: A full recap of the contract to date, and an Amendment Only view for a simplified, "what's changed", view of the contract. These documents can be defaulted for the business, but then customized by deal to bring your best foot forward to every deal.
